Having worked in the Clinical and Administrative capacities for leaders in the Addiction Medicine and in Behavioral Health fields and holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling , MFT , Claudette Scirri, since 2019, has brought to  EDRS/ MHRS/Well Equipped 20+ years of experience in Insurance Utilization Management . She has held such positions as: Director of UR, implementing and overseeing a team of 10+ Utilization Review staff , Appeals and Grievances Manager,  Corporate Hospital Patient Advocate, Onboarding Staff Trainer for Corporate Policy and Procedures and also was the CEO/ Owner of a Case Management Company providing much needed services to the Development and Disabilities Waiver and Elderly Community in New Mexico . 

She has been in the Behavioral Health Sector for close to 30 years! 

While here at EDRS/ MHRS, she is not only our UR Manager but also provides s needed oversight to the Claims and Billing Department, Admissions Departments, and Clinical Departments for more complex situations that may call for her thorough expertise and investigation. She has also been very involved in the Credentialing of our providers for new insurance contracts.

Most Recently, Claudette will be starting a program at Harvard for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, an area she is passionate about.
