Shondranise began her career in behavioral health case management and later transitioned into program management and supervision.  She completed her master of arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and obtained licensure as an LPC in the state of Louisiana. While working in program management, she became exposed to and intrigued by human resources training and workshops. This led to Shondranise’s decision to explore a career change and pursue a second master’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University and obtain certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through  HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Shondranise enjoys supporting employees and organizations through building processes and systems that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
