1:1 Meal Support Specialty Programming

The Missing Middle Between Outpatient and IOP

Our Specialty 1:1 Meal Support Specialty Programming provides a more intensive, structured level of support designed to bridge the gap between traditional outpatient care and higher levels of treatment all while giving you maximum flexibility within your own schedule.

How is this different from traditional IOP?

Frequent 1:1 Meal Support Options
Designed for flexibility around work, school, and family
Lower time commitment while maintaining structure
Integrated with your existing outpatient providers
Insurance-friendly scheduling model
This level of care may be a strong fit if:
You need less than IOP but more than weekly therapy and nutrition
You need 1:1 meal support alongside IOP or PHP
You are transitioning from IOP or PHP and want added support
You are medically stable but struggling with consistency
You need specific meal exposures

Participants build meaningful therapeutic momentum without stepping away from daily responsibilities.

Our 1:1 Programming model expands access to structured eating disorder care in a way that is rarely available within traditional outpatient settings — particularly for clients utilizing insurance benefits.

We accept most major insurance plans, including HealthFirst. Our admissions team verifies benefits and provides clarity before scheduling.

Specialty Programming Scheduling

To ensure clinical effectiveness and therapeutic continuity, participants attend:

Two (2) non-meal groups per week
One (1) weekly treatment planning session

This structure creates consistency, builds accountability, and strengthens progress between individual therapy sessions.

This framework promotes:

Real-time skills application
Consistent therapeutic momentum
Collaborative treatment planning
Stronger relapse prevention foundations
