Do I need an outpatient team or can I just work with EDRS
Yes, all of our clients are required to have outpatient providers or a team. At minimum, you need a therapist. Although the EDRS team is comprised of licensed professionals, if you don’t have a team, we will refer you to providers outside of EDRS.
What is Clinical Coaching?
Clinical Coaching entails a combination of behavioral interventions, therapeutic exposures, skills building, and accountability. Our clinical coaching services are tailored to a client’s individual needs. Some examples are: practicing skills learned in treatment in real time to prevent relapse and tolerate one’s emotions, body image, exercise,and grocery store exposures, working on occupational and educational goals, activities of daily living, etc.
Do you take insurance?
We are in-network with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York. Soon to be in-network with other Anthem Blue Cross companies in Connecticut, Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia.
We will soon be in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Healthfirst Medicaid, and Florida Blue
We have agreements with Cigna in multiple states
We will accept direct payment from your insurance to minimize out-of-pocket costs once you meet your deductible
We work with several insurance companies to obtain single case agreements.

No, all services are in your community: home, work, school, office

Will you speak to my outpatient team?
Yes! We collaborate weekly or as needed with your team. We will provide them with a weekly summary of your sessions and progress. When needed we will meet with you and your team together.
How often will I work with EDRS?
The structure of your services or program varies greatly and depends on what your outpatient team recommends. We have clients who work with us once a week and clients who work with us multiple times a day.
