This specialized program supports individuals experiencing both eating disorders and trauma, recognizing the deep connection between the two. The program focuses on building safety, grounding, emotional regulation, and stabilization of trauma-related symptoms. Well Integrated merges the structured eating disorder support of Well Nourished with the trauma-responsive model of Well Rooted—offering a comprehensive, flexible path to healing.
The program provides clients with access to core trauma-specific groups, including:
- Finding Solid Ground (or Reception)
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): Stuck Points
- Somatic Resourcing
- Trauma 101
In addition to these set groups, clients can build their own schedule based on individual needs. This may include:
- 1–2 supported meal groups per IOP day
- Eating Disorder psychoeducation or process groups
- Weekly 1:1 treatment planning sessions
- Weekly 1:1 nutrition counseling
For IOP and our specialized programming we are currently in-network with Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Horizon BCBS, FL Blue, & CO Access Medicaid. Coverage is state-specific, contact admissions. Private pay options available. (Gender Inclusive – Ages 18+)
