Blaine Hammer received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an energetic and articulate behavioral health executive and administrator, as well as an outstanding communicator, possessing strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Blaine is putting those skills to use in her current role as Senior Insurance Relationship Specialist at EDRS & MHRS where she negotiates complex insurance contracts, as well as oversees utilization reviews, insurance appeals, and battles egregious insurance denials.

Blaine has a unique ability to listen, quell anxieties, and educate others to better understand the complexities of mental illness Given her passion for supporting others with a loved one, or themselves, battling mental illness she also pursued a certification as a Family Coach with a specialization in Eating Disorders.

Blaine has counseled hundreds of families over the past 12 years during her tenure at O’Connor Professional Group, Monte Nido and Affiliates, and most recently, with EDCare in Denver, Colorado. Blaine’s professionalism, kindness, and in-depth knowledge of mental illness and the foundations needed for recovery, have proven to be tremendous assets in obtaining favorable insurance contracts to enable those battling mental illness to obtain the services needed.

Blaine is the mother of 4 daughters and a recent “empty-nester.” She is an avid international traveler, having explored 32 countries thus far. As a recent transplant to the Metro Denver area, Blaine is also thoroughly enjoying the Colorado climate, culture, and blue skies!
