Hena Hoda (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has extensive training in trauma-focused modalities, clinical supervision, and integrative approaches to healing. Hena has supported both clients and clinicians through complex clinical challenges and is passionate about developing ethical, compassionate, and inclusive systems of care.
Hena’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, with advanced training in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and somatic treatment. She brings warmth, cultural humility, and deep attunement to her work, weaving together somatic, cognitive, and relational modalities to meet each client where they are. She is also a committed clinical supervisor, valuing collaborative growth and reflective practice as key to both clinician development and high-quality client care.
Hena currently resides in Pennsylvania with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, learning about holistic health and natural remedies, reading books that blend spirituality and psychology, and finding creative ways to stay present and connected with her two young sons.
