Kati is an east coast native, who spent time on both coasts before landing in the midwest. Kati completed her undergraduate degree in Dietetics at Montclair State University in New Jersey. She then moved to Seattle where she earned her MA in Counseling Psychology from the LIOS College of Saybrook University. During her career, she has held both clinical leadership and operations leadership roles within eating disorder treatment centers across multiple levels of care. Kati holds clinical licensure in Georgia, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. She is certified eating disorder specialist, iaedp approved supervisor, and iaedp Milwaukee board member. Kati joined the EDRS/MHRS team in 2023 as Director of Operations. Her goal is to support organizational growth that prioritizes excellent clinical care.

Among many other things, Kati enjoys visiting new places, exploring the outdoors, yoga, gardening, and watching her two little boys grow up.
