As the Billing Director, Kristina’s goal is to always ensure that clients and/or loved ones have a clear communication on cost of treatment and the billing structure. She works closely with EDRS’s UR department in order to be aware of any potential insurance concerns that may need to be brought to a client’s attention. Her hope is to eliminate any worries pertaining to billing so that individuals are able to fully focus on the tools that EDRS is providing them during this road to recovery.
