Samantha Harding, LCAT, RDMT (she/her) brings both clinical and leadership experience, as well as a holistic approach, to eating disorder treatment in her role as a therapist at EDRS. She holds her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University and her BS in Applied Psychology from New York University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Sam specializes in integrating evidence-based modalities with creative arts therapy interventions, utilizing her background in dance/movement therapy to help clients more deeply process emotions and reconnect with their bodies. Passionate about forming strong connections with her clients, Sam prioritizes an individualized approach that is warm and relational without sacrificing the values of directness and transparency in the therapeutic relationship. She often incorporates embodiment and mindfulness practices to support clients in healing their relationships with food and their bodies.
