Elizabeth is an experiential psychotherapist working with clients to treat traumatic experiences and co-occurring eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Through exploring the connection between trauma and eating disorders in a group setting, Elizabeth works alongside her clients to better understand the “why” of behaviors they may be engaging in that keep them stuck in life. Elizabeth has worked in hospital settings, inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatients, day treatment programs, sober livings, and rape crisis centers.

Trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, Elizabeth is passionate about fostering safety in the nervous system through the following:
