Emerald brings 20 years of mental health experience and 10 years of eating disorder experience to her role at EDRS. She received her undergraduate degrees in Studio Art and Psychology from Earlham College and her MA in Art Therapy and Counseling from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Throughout her career, she has held both leadership and clinical roles within eating disorder treatment centers in all levels of care. Emerald holds clinical licensure in Illinois, Colorado, New Jersey, North Carolina and South Carolina. She is passionate about cultivating the continued growth of EDRS staff.

Emerald currently resides in Charlotte, NC and enjoys hiking with her rescue pups, watching documentaries and painting with watercolors.
