Gina Papa MS, OTR/L, RYT-200
Recovery Specialist
I am an occupational therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals in developing the skills, routines, and confidence needed to engage fully in everyday life. My work focuses on helping clients build sustainable habits, improve daily functioning, and reconnect with meaningful activities that support long-term health and well-being.
Over the past five years, I have developed a clinical focus on working with individuals experiencing eating disorders. Through recovery coaching, I support clients in rebuilding balanced daily routines, restoring supportive relationships with food and self-care, and reconnecting with a compassionate relationship with themselves.
I place strong value on a client-centered approach and the power of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful change and recovery. My work emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration as clients rediscover their strengths and build lives aligned with their values.
In addition to my occupational therapy practice, I hold certifications in Kripalu yoga, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed yoga. These practices inform my approach and allow me to integrate mindfulness, gentle movement, and body-based awareness to support nervous system regulation and holistic healing.
