Giuliana Hazelwood, MS, LAc brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Head of People and Talent at EDRS, drawing from a multifaceted background in healthcare, organizational leadership, and youth mental health. Giuliana holds a master’s degree and is licensed as an acupuncturist, integrating clinical insights into workforce growth and development.

Having led many organizations through transformative periods of change and growth, Giuliana approaches her work in People and Talent as a dynamic force shaping workplaces where growth, well-being, and purpose converge and flourish. Her mission is to create an environment where every team member not only excels professionally, but also finds unwavering support to experience fulfillment in their journey at EDRS.

Having recently relocated to South New Jersey from Manhattan, Giuliana fills her spare time volunteering in her community, indulging in the arts, and embracing what some might call “dorky” hobbies like sewing, baking, and DIY home decor projects.
