Lindsie Meek, LCSW
Lindsie has worked with EDRS since November of 2018. She received her master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical emphasis from New York University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker with the state of New York.
Lindsie believes that self-compassion is the key to growth and healing. From an individualized and person-centered approach, she works collaboratively with her clients to support them in finding relief from challenging thought patterns, behaviors, and personal judgment. Lindsie is passionate about helping her clients identify and draw upon their personal strengths to empower their own meaningful change.
Lindsie has experience working with adolescents, adults, and children, many of whom feel “stuck”, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. She specializes in working with clients who experience disordered eating, poor body image, and intrusive thoughts. Lindsie strives to support clients in practicing self-love and mindfulness so they can better recognize their potential and find peace and healing in the process. Her approach is warm, open, and non-judgmental.
