Lindsie received her master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical emphasis from New York University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of New York.
Lindsie believes that self-compassion is the key to growth and healing. From an individualized and person-centered approach, she works collaboratively with her clients to support them in finding relief from challenging thought patterns, behaviors, and personal judgment. Lindsie is passionate about helping her clients identify and draw upon their personal strengths to empower their own meaningful change.
Lindsie has experience working with adolescents and adults, many of whom feel “stuck”, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. She utilizes a HAES approach and specializes in working with those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. Lindsie is trained in Attachment Focused-EMDR through the Parnell Institute to support clients in alleviating emotional distress associated with traumatic experiences. She strives to support clients in practicing self-love and mindfulness so they can better recognize their potential and find peace and healing in the process. Her approach is warm, open, and non-judgmental.
