Nicole is a Registered Dietitian who received her master’s in nutrition sciences from Hunter College of NY and completed her internship with Montclair State University where she gained experience in many areas of nutrition such as hospitals, clinics and community settings. Nicole originally wanted to pursue a career in Environmental Science. After falling victim to diet culture herself, she knew it was her mission to help others break away from it by helping them create a healthy, balanced life with nutrition and movement.

Nicole is passionate about creating a safe and open space for clients to explore their relationship with food, body image and overall health & well-being. She utilizes weight-inclusive nutrition, Health at Every Size and Intuitive eating approaches while creating individualized plans to help meet each of her clients’ needs.
